About the Role

In this role you will shape ERM’s CS&CC practice, engage C‑suite and board leaders to integrate climate strategy, drive growth through innovative low‑carbon solutions, mentor the next generation of sustainability leaders, and position ERM as the trusted advisor for climate strategy and disclosure. Key responsibilities include developing strategic client relationships across North America, originating and delivering high‑impact climate advisory engagements, driving commercial strategies for revenue growth, collaborating with ERM’s global network, recruiting and mentoring high‑performing teams, and ensuring excellence in project execution, client satisfaction, and risk management. • Develop and expand strategic client relationships across North America. • Originate and deliver high‑impact climate advisory engagements (risk assessments, net‑zero target setting, decarbonization strategy, ESG disclosure). • Drive commercial strategies to achieve significant revenue growth. • Collaborate with ERM’s global network to deliver integrated solutions. • Recruit, mentor, and inspire high‑performing teams. • Ensure excellence in project execution, client satisfaction, and risk management.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, science, business or a related field (advanced degree preferred), brings 15+ years of progressive consulting or corporate sustainability leadership experience, and has a proven record of delivering multi‑million‑dollar sales and winning strategic portfolios with Fortune 500 firms. • Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, science, business or related field (advanced degree preferred). • 15+ years of consulting or corporate sustainability leadership experience with Fortune 500 firms. • Proven track record of delivering multi‑million‑dollar annual sales and winning strategic portfolios. • Expertise in climate strategy, carbon accounting, risk assessment, and disclosure frameworks (TCFD, CDP, SASB).
