About the Role
In this position you will lead a project team or multiple teams, define the technical scope, and oversee budgeting and forecasting. You will coordinate and communicate project tasks, resolve conflicts, and provide regular reports to the client, ensuring their objectives are met. • Lead and manage a single large project, multiple projects, or an entire program. • Define and document the technical scope for each project. • Review and validate cost estimates and maintain monthly budgets. • Coordinate and communicate project tasks across all stakeholders. • Resolve project‑level conflicts promptly and effectively. • Deliver regular daily, weekly and monthly status reports to the client. • Ensure project outcomes align with the client’s goals and objectives. • Monitor team members’ activities and provide clear delegation and feedback. • Track performance metrics and adjust plans to meet targets. • Communicate organizational direction and updates to senior leaders and teams. • Build and nurture relationships with internal peers, direct reports, and senior leadership. • Develop and implement professional growth plans for direct reports. • Apply creative problem‑solving to manage compressed schedules. • Analyze root causes of issues to differentiate cause from effect. • Maintain clear, concise written and verbal communication with all parties.

What You Bring
Success requires strong people‑management skills, including delegating clear instructions, monitoring performance metrics, and providing feedback to senior leaders and team members. You will build relationships with internal resources, create development opportunities, and apply creativity to manage compressed schedules while solving problems analytically. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field and at least eight years of project or construction management experience are required, preferably on large higher‑education or commercial projects. Preferred certifications include CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, or LEED, and proficiency with MS Project and Excel is expected.

Benefits
The full‑time salary range for this role is $115,700 – $161,967 annually, with the final offer based on experience, skills, and client requirements. Compensation is complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
