About the Role
In this role you will work closely with leaders to enhance the employee experience and drive HR initiatives such as employee relations, performance management, culture and engagement, reward and talent strategies, leadership development, change management, and strategic HR projects. Reporting to the People & Culture Lead, you will contribute to the implementation of the Australia‑New Zealand HR Strategy and support the global HR strategy, collaborating with a core team of HR specialists regionally and nationally. • Provide HR business partnering for a 250‑person client group across Australia. • Manage employee relations and performance management processes. • Drive culture and engagement initiatives and reward/talent management strategies. • Build leadership capability through coaching and capability development. • Lead change‑management activities and embed organizational transformations. • Contribute to and deliver strategic HR projects aligned with regional and global strategies. • Partner with managers to continuously improve the employee experience. • Design and implement organisational development programs.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has at least five years of HR experience in a dynamic environment, strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and Australian Awards, and the ability to interpret policies and advise managers. You are an effective communicator, proactive problem‑solver, and experienced in designing organisational‑development projects. • Possess 5+ years HR experience, knowledge of the Fair Work Act and Australian Awards, and policy interpretation skills. • Demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder relationship building, and solution‑focused problem solving.
