About the Role
Each day you’ll operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders at one of our recycling facilities serving over 20 million customers. The role is critical to our operations, and strict safety procedures protect all landfill employees. • Provide stable work hours for financial stability. • Offer a stock purchase plan. • Provide comprehensive healthcare, dental, vision, and prescription coverage. • Provide adoption assistance and parent support. • Operate heavy equipment following safety policies. • Perform routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance with accurate records. • Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment. • Follow standard operating procedures for vehicle operation and maintenance. • Work independently while taking accountability for safety guidelines. • Occasionally lift objects under 30 lb. • Frequently work in environments with dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes. • Perform work in shop or field settings.

What You Bring
