About the Role
The role focuses on implementing an integrated risk management framework on a major capital programme, including identifying and prioritising threats and opportunities, maintaining risk visibility, using risk data for investment planning, and monitoring overall risk exposure against the budget. • Implement and support an integrated risk management framework for a major capital programme. • Facilitate identification, assessment and prioritisation of threats, opportunities and issues. • Maintain visibility of trigger points to manage risk budgets and retire risks. • Use risk data to inform investment planning and produce timely risk reports. • Conduct quantitative cost and schedule risk assessments to set project contingencies. • Work with contractors to evaluate their held risks and impacts on client risks. • Manage and track completion of risk mitigation actions against target positions. • Utilise tools such as PRA, @RISK, Safran, ARM, Predict or Tableau for modelling and reporting.

What You Bring
The company is hiring a QRA‑capable Risk Manager for its London‑based Infrastructure team, supporting high‑profile projects across London and the South East. Candidates from rail, aviation, water/utilities, highways or defence backgrounds are sought. Required capabilities include quantitative and qualitative risk assessment, experience with probabilistic modelling tools, risk workshop facilitation, and strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications are APM/IRM risk certification, proficiency in tools such as @RISK, PRA, P6, and a degree in a construction‑related discipline. • Demonstrate quantitative and qualitative risk assessment expertise and risk workshop facilitation. • Hold APM/IRM risk certification and proficiency in probabilistic modelling (e.g., @RISK, PRA, P6). • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills and a degree in a construction‑related field.
