About the Role

What You Bring
Candidates must be able to work on site three to four days weekly and travel up to 25 % of the time to support clients and staff development. The application process is rolling, with reviews beginning immediately; accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in environmental, biological, planning, or related discipline. • Possess at least 10 years of environmental consulting experience and 5 years of progressive leadership responsibility. • Demonstrate knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations in Florida and the Southeast. • Exhibit proven success in business development, proposal development, and credibility with agencies and clients. • Bring a team‑oriented leadership style with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Compensation includes a salary range of $121,139 to $157,914 per year, with eligibility for performance bonuses and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.
