About the Role
Seasonal servers contribute to the Discovery Land Company experience for members and staff, providing attentive service in a high‑volume beachfront club setting. • Greet guests and members promptly, using names when possible. • Address guest issues courteously and promptly. • Run food, clear and reset tables, china, glassware, and silverware. • Accurately input orders into the POS system and manage checks. • Communicate continuously with team members and managers during service. • Perform opening and closing procedures as directed. • Monitor restaurant areas for cleanliness, garbage, dishes, and glassware. • Conduct regular inventory checks and report levels. • Maintain and properly handle all equipment according to policy.

What You Bring
Candidates need at least six months of experience in high‑volume restaurants, resorts, or private clubs, a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays, and the ability to stand, lift, and work outdoors for extended periods. Strong communication, a positive attitude, and knowledge of safe food handling are also required. • Demonstrate detailed knowledge of menu items, preparation, and allergens. • Minimum six months experience in high‑volume dining environments. • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, bend, squat, and work outdoors for four+ hours. • Knowledge of safe food handling practices. • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong interpersonal communication. • Ability to work effectively in a team and stay calm during busy periods.

Compensation ranges from $25.65 to $29.00 per hour, depending on experience, and includes employee meals, referral incentives, and recognition programs.
