About the Role
Under mentorship, the designer will produce clear documentation—including blueprints, renderings, and specifications—and ensure work meets industry standards for safety, structural integrity, and occupancy. Responsibilities are performed with coaching and oversight to develop proficiency. The position involves developing small‑ to medium‑scale building projects, analyzing site data, conducting research and inspections, contributing to concept development, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on layout, material selection, cost estimation and scheduling, and preparing technical reports and visualizations. • Assist in developing small‑ to medium‑scale building projects and preparing architectural drawings. • Collect, analyze, and interpret site data, surveys, maps, and environmental information. • Conduct research and on‑site inspections to verify compliance with design standards and permits. • Contribute to concept development and design strategies focused on safety, functionality, and future‑ready solutions. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on construction layout, material selection, cost estimation, and scheduling. • Produce clear documentation such as blueprints, renderings, technical specifications, and 2D/3D illustrations. • Maintain adherence to industry standards for design, safety, structural integrity, and occupancy.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or related field) with 0‑1 years of post‑education experience, possess knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and design software (e.g., MicroStation, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp), and demonstrate strong communication, self‑leadership, and safety awareness. Preferred qualifications include prior internships and involvement in professional organizations. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related discipline with 0–1 years of relevant experience. • Demonstrate knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction management practices. • Proficient in design software (MicroStation, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and office tools. • Exhibit strong communication, self‑leadership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or within a team.
