Job Highlights
About the Role
Plans, schedules, coordinates, and evaluates training programs and services. Aids in managing departmental programs and processes, including developing and maintaining instructional materials and online training courses. Assists individual employees, managers, and departments in planning training and development programs, and is responsible for training and supporting incumbent employee instructors, with occasional classroom teaching. • Conduct and support research and development for talent development initiatives aligned with strategic plans and core competencies. • Design, develop, or select instructional materials and resources, including PowerPoint, online courses, video platforms, using various authoring tools. • Ensure training records meet program management, company, client, and government reporting requirements. • Provide consulting to employees, managers, and departments on training and development issues. • Teach selected classes through live or remote (webinar) delivery. • Occasionally stoop, kneel, or bend. • Must comply with all safety standards and procedures. • Occasionally lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb. • Sit, stand, or walk short distances for up to the entire shift duration.

What You Bring
• Travel to all Sundt projects and offices as needed (50%+ travel). • 3–5 years of combined education and training experience in the construction industry. • College degree in construction, business, or education. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and program/project management abilities. • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite. • Teaching or training experience is highly desirable. • Frequent use of hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry, or feel objects. • Frequent interaction with people and technology during a shift. • Frequent use of telephone, computer, email, and electronic devices for communication with internal and external customers or vendors.
