About the Role
The Mission Critical Sales Representative will establish, implement, and sell ALC solutions across the data center and mission‑critical sector, maintaining and expanding relationships with key customer personnel and decision makers. This role may be located anywhere in the U.S. near a major airport and combines technical expertise with a passion for customer success. • Manage and grow assigned accounts while pursuing new vertical customers. • Build long‑term relationships and partnerships with customers. • Create strategic account plans and maintain an up‑to‑date Salesforce pipeline to meet sales and margin targets. • Assess customer needs, develop proposals, and promote ALC products and services promptly. • Utilize sales tools (CRM, estimating software) to document progress and expand business opportunities. • Negotiate master service agreements and contracts with legal support.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of data‑center or mission‑critical sales, project management, or solutions‑based technical selling experience. • Ability to travel 25‑50 % and hold a valid driver’s license. • Preferred: engineering degree, building automation/HVAC controls experience, and proficiency with Salesforce or similar tools. • Strong written, communication, and presentation skills; collaborative team player; detail‑oriented with analytical and interpersonal abilities.
