About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. The Lead coordinates daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance, and provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep buildings and facilities clean and safe for workers and customers, operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed. • Coordinate daily facility operations and delegate job assignments. • Supervise assigned locations in the manager’s absence. • Maintain clean and safe environments by enforcing standards. • Operate specialized equipment and handle cleaning chemicals safely. • Perform general janitorial duties as needed. • Provide guidance and support to team members. • Work night shift from 10 pm to 6:30 am.
