About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Affordable Housing Viability, Grant Programme & Compliance, you will manage the Affordable Housing Programme Team to meet programme and grant targets. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify funding and investment from the Greater London Authority, Homes England and other sources, and you will optimise and present viable business cases for grant bids while ensuring full compliance with capital funding rules. • Lead the Affordable Housing Programme Team to achieve programme and grant targets. • Identify and secure funding from the Greater London Authority, Homes England and other sources. • Develop and present robust business cases for grant funding bids. • Ensure compliance with Capital Funding rules and grant programme requirements. • Collaborate with Development, Land & Partnerships, Delivery and Finance teams.

What You Bring
The successful candidate will have proven experience working with regulatory bodies and funders, including the Greater London Authority. You should have worked closely with Development, Land and Partnerships, Delivery and Finance teams and possess strong knowledge of OPS, the Capital Funding Guide and relevant regulatory requirements, as well as solid experience of development procedures across the project lifecycle. You must be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment; Clarion does not provide visa sponsorship. • Demonstrate proven experience working with regulatory bodies and funders such as the GLA. • Possess strong knowledge of OPS, the Capital Funding Guide and related regulatory frameworks. • Bring solid experience of development procedures across the full project lifecycle. • Meet eligibility criteria: authorized to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the role’s duration.

Benefits
The role is based in Greater London with a hybrid working model. Salary ranges are £67,820‑£85,776 per annum for London and £61,698‑£77,123 nationally. The position is full‑time permanent, 36 hours per week with flexible options. The role is classified at OD level 3 and includes behaviours and mandatory accountabilities detailed in the full role profile.
