About the Role

The Project Manager for Bosch Building Technologies will lead complex new‑construction projects using technologies from vendors such as Lenel, Genetec, Axis, Milestone, and Avigilon. The role involves coordinating internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to define scope, plan resources, and ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery while embodying Bosch’s leadership, people development, teamwork, and client‑focused values. • Create and oversee project schedules, budgets, and financial health. • Develop comprehensive project plans covering communication, resources, procurement, commissioning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder expectations. • Deliver accurate financial performance reports to meet profit targets. • Build and sustain long‑term client relationships for repeat business. • Produce clear, up‑to‑date documentation accessible to all stakeholders. • Apply best practices to control costs and boost productivity. • Manage all written and verbal project communications. • Ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly. • Establish a subcontractor pool and select subcontracts as needed. • Identify risks proactively and maintain a safe work environment.

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years in administration, project management, or technical roles within infrastructure installation, structured cabling, or security system integration. • Valid driver’s license. • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet multiple deadlines. • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical field. • PMP certification (optional). • Professional Engineering license (optional). • BICSI certification (strongly preferred). • Communicate effectively in English (see, hear, speak, write). • Manual dexterity for occasional lifting of light objects and equipment use. • Ability to sit, stand, and walk in office and construction site settings. • Exposure to outdoor weather, job site travel, moderate noise, occasional construction equipment, confined spaces, and heights.
