About the Role

This position focuses on expanding Johnson Controls’ market presence through strategic sales initiatives and close collaboration with global parts teams. You will help drive growth, manage the sales process, and promote our product offerings to strengthen channel partnerships. • Drive sales growth initiatives and create new programs for indirect channels aligned with Global Parts. • Lead sales marketing efforts to increase market share and develop portfolio segmentation for growth planning. • Identify and execute cross‑product and parts‑sales collaboration opportunities. • Partner with Global and North America Parts teams to define tactical actions meeting revenue and margin targets. • Manage the sales process to ensure visibility, accountability, and conduct quarterly strategic account reviews. • Differentiate Johnson Controls product offerings to gain market share based on total business benefits. • Resolve channel conflicts and act as liaison for aftermarket parts support to channel partners. • Promote new product offerings, campaigns, and provide vendor training to channel partners. • Report sales activity, develop new accounts, and seek new channel sales partner opportunities. • Create product awareness and demand with existing and potential customers, and participate in industry associations and trade shows. • Implement pricing, promotions, marketing programs, and new product tools in collaboration with Aftermarket Parts Product Management. • Conduct competitive analysis of local market and provide feedback on customer requirements and product enhancements.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree (or associate degree with additional experience) and at least six years of HVAC sales experience. • Ability to travel up to 40% and adjust workday start to 7:30‑8:30 AM Central Time. • Proven remote‑work discipline, advanced MS Office proficiency, and strong problem‑solving skills. • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced sales environment. • Preferred: minimum five years of aftermarket parts sales experience.
