About the Role
The Customer Order & Logistics Specialist will support Kimberly‑Clark’s mission to deliver better care for billions of people. The role focuses on managing sales orders in SAP R/3, confirming delivery details, and acting as the primary contact for customers in Western Europe or the UK. Collaboration with sales, demand management, supply chain, and logistics teams is essential to meet business requirements and prevent issues. The specialist oversees the full order cycle—from capture and validation to stock allocation, scheduling, and handling changes. They consolidate orders to optimize loads, reduce transport costs, and monitor KPIs such as on‑time, in‑full delivery. They also resolve disputes, returns, and credit/debit notes in line with SOX controls, and maintain accurate customer data and documentation. • Monitor and validate sales orders in SAP R/3, ensuring accurate delivery details • Manage full order lifecycle: capture, allocate stock, schedule shipments, and process changes • Consolidate orders to optimize loads and reduce transportation costs • Track KPIs for on‑time, in‑full delivery and support cost‑saving initiatives • Resolve disputes, returns, and credit/debit notes in compliance with SOX controls • Maintain up‑to‑date customer data and documentation • Collaborate with sales, demand management, supply chain, and logistics teams • Provide training and share best practices within the team

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of customer‑facing order management or supply‑chain experience in the FMCG sector, strong MS‑Office skills and preferably SAP knowledge. They must demonstrate excellent time management, initiative, and the ability to work independently under multiple deadlines. Strong communication, relationship‑building, teamwork, and a proactive attitude are required. • 1–2 years FMCG order management or customer‑service experience; SAP knowledge a plus • Proficient with Microsoft Office, strong time‑management and independent work skills • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities • Proactive, can‑do attitude with strong team orientation
