About the Role
This is a permanent, full‑time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. As a plumber you will ensure our clients’ facilities remain safe and compliant. • Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems to a high standard. • Undertake tank replacements and plumbing repairs in commercial and domestic environments. • Conduct water sampling and temperature monitoring. • Respond to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues across commercial plumbing systems. • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, TMVs, pipework modifications, and remove dead legs. • Collaborate with teams, maintain accurate records, and adhere to health and safety regulations.

What You Bring
• Hold City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) and preferably G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification. • Possess proven experience in commercial plumbing and routine water hygiene tasks. • Experience with building services, facilities management, or environmental consultancy is a plus. • Hold a full UK driving licence.
