About the Role
The Roofing Project Manager will oversee commercial and residential roofing projects from inception through closeout, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and on budget. This role involves planning, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, crews, suppliers, and internal teams, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. • Manage all phases of roofing projects: planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, execution, closeout • Conduct site visits to assess requirements, monitor progress, and enforce safety and quality standards • Prepare and review estimates, contracts, and change orders ensuring client contract compliance • Coordinate material orders, equipment, and labor to meet project deadlines • Serve as primary client contact, providing updates and addressing concerns • Supervise crews and subcontractors, ensuring work meets specifications and building codes • Track and report project progress, costs, and timelines to management • Enforce safety regulations and resolve issues or delays impacting delivery

What You Bring
• Proven experience as a roofing project manager or supervisor • Strong knowledge of roofing systems, installation techniques, building codes, and safety regulations • Excellent organizational, time‑management, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to read blueprints and contracts; proficient with construction software, Microsoft, and job‑tracking tools • Ability to travel to job sites and lift up to 15 pounds • Pass a Fit for Duty screening
