About the Role

This position oversees four direct FP&A reports and holds a dotted‑line influence over the Divisional FP&A teams. The leader is expected to build strong relationships at all organizational levels, develop a high‑performing finance team, and leverage data and analytics to drive business insight, decision support, and operational efficiencies. • Partner with the Segment CFO to provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations. • Lead a team of four FP&A direct reports and influence divisional FP&A functions. • Conduct complex analyses on business growth, operations performance, capital investments, working capital, and profitability improvements. • Identify and implement process optimization, automation, and AI‑driven financial solutions. • Perform commercial market and competitor assessments for long‑range and annual operating plans. • Review divisional operating plan submissions for consistency with industry trends and business objectives. • Develop and deliver monthly financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive dashboards. • Support M&A initiatives by creating comprehensive ROI models. • Drive standardization of financial tools, including OneStream and Business Intelligence implementations. • Coordinate monthly business unit BUR meetings and segment POR deliverables to corporate leadership. • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance development for finance staff.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or advanced degree preferred) and have at least ten years of progressive, global finance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Required skills include excellent communication, strategic thinking combined with transactional detail orientation, continuous‑improvement mindset, and the ability to coach and mentor staff while thriving in a fast‑paced setting.

The role offers a base salary range of $180,000 to $240,000, dependent on factors such as location, experience, and education.
