IT Support Technician
Provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software, and manage IT systems

About the Role
• Provide technical assistance to internal users, diagnosing issues and guiding step‑by‑step solutions. • Support PC hardware, software, printers, and the O365 suite. • Configure laptops for new hires and replacements. • Meet department customers to identify common issues, suggest improvements, and conduct training. • Learn and maintain systems such as Azure Active Directory, MEM, and the ERP system. • Create and keep technical documentation for processes, issues, and solutions. • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems and enhance internal processes. • Manage IT equipment ordering and inventory. • Perform data entry, issue research, and other tasks to support the IT management team. • Apply fundamental troubleshooting skills and pursue continual learning. • Travel occasionally to other branch locations. • Work full‑time on‑site.
