About the Role

Key responsibilities include filing and managing applications for new business licenses, exams, and renewals; researching licensing requirements for construction projects throughout U.S. jurisdictions; and providing support to individual license holders and responsible managing employees. The specialist will maintain timely corporate registrations, assist the legal team with governance filings, and act as the primary point of contact for licensing and corporate entity inquiries. Relationship building with diverse internal stakeholders and handling all other assigned duties are also required. • File and track new business license applications, exams, and renewals. • Research licensing requirements for construction projects across U.S. jurisdictions. • Support individual license holders and responsible managing employees. • Manage corporate entity registrations, qualifications, and renewals; assist legal team with governance filings. • Serve as primary contact for licensing and corporate registration inquiries. • Build relationships with diverse internal stakeholders. • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. • Interact with government agencies and navigate filing processes.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least two years of experience in a law firm, in‑house legal department, or comparable setting. Preferred experience includes government filings and knowledge of the construction industry. The role demands high confidentiality, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, effective communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint. • Prioritize and multitask in a flexible environment. • Demonstrate strong communication, active listening, and customer service skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
