About the Role
The Assistant Building Compliance Manager – Property and Asset Management will oversee the full suite of property management services at the site, ensuring smooth operations through the use of innovation and technology. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining building compliance in line with regulatory requirements and international best practices, preparing and registering necessary documents, and managing inspections and statutory records. You will work on the Brookfield Portfolio, a commercial property in Gurgaon, reporting to the Key Account Director and collaborating with the site team, including the Property Manager and other staff. • Oversee building compliance across all sites in accordance with regulations and best practices. • Prepare, register, renew, and amend compliance documents under various acts. • Lead inspections, ensure timely closure, and maintain proper documentation. • Coordinate with site teams to resolve operational queries and maintain statutory records. • Ensure timely submission of reports, MIS, and communication with stakeholders. • Address occupant concerns, circulate meeting minutes, and manage email responses promptly. • Support business development by sharing leads generated from site activities. • Promote self‑development through training tools and foster a culture of appreciation. • Participate in JLL initiatives such as Diversity & Inclusion, CSR, and Safety Week. • Assist the Account Director with performance evaluations, succession planning, and people management.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate is analytical, meticulous, and adept at managing people dynamics, with a keen eye for detail and strong problem‑solving abilities. A degree or diploma and at least seven to eight years of experience in building compliance within the facilities, real‑estate, hotel, or construction sectors are required. • Demonstrate strong analytical, meticulous, and problem‑solving skills. • Maintain a degree or diploma with 7–8 years of relevant building compliance experience.
