Maintain and repair building mechanical systems such as HVAC, chillers, boilers, and controls.

About the Role
• Perform maintenance and repairs on all building systems. • Conduct building tours, restore equipment loss, and report deficiencies for corrective action. • Respond to trouble calls and troubleshoot systems to meet occupants' operational and comfort needs. • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to evaluate system performance. • Maintain a professional, safe, and clean work area; comply with C&W Services and OSHA safety policies. • Ensure work tasks meet quality standards. • Promote quality improvements by initiating process improvements. • Complete all work order paperwork and computer entries.

What You Bring
The role requires a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and quality, working closely with engineers, contractors, and consultants to evaluate system performance. The technician must be adept at using the building automation system and able to respond quickly to trouble calls, while maintaining a clean work environment and pursuing continuous process improvements. • Operate the building automation system and understand required sequences for proper building operations. • Graduate of a technical or trade school or possess three years of relevant experience. • Education or training in HVAC, refrigeration, and controls. • OSHA 10 certification (or obtain within one year if hired). • Completion of Vector training (or obtain within one year if hired).
