About the Role
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations, including showing units, qualifying prospects, completing lease paperwork, and ensuring resident satisfaction. The role also supports retention initiatives, office upkeep, and the execution of the property’s annual marketing plan. • Show, lease, and move‑in prospective residents; qualify and complete lease agreements. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours, and maintain model units. • Process leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turnover. • Update prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed leasing targets. • Perform administrative tasks and handle resident complaints, requests, and satisfaction. • Develop and execute resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Assist in implementing the annual marketing plan and produce weekly market surveys. • Provide excellent customer service and monitor service‑request response times. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor. • Regularly move about the property, climb ladders or stairs, and stand or sit for long periods. • Lift, carry, or move objects up to 25 lb in any direction. • Work overtime, weekends, or nights as needed; operate machinery, vehicles, or power tools. • Perform duties in various temperatures, outdoor conditions, confined spaces, and exposure to hazardous chemicals.

What You Bring
• High School Diploma or equivalent. • Basic computer proficiency and ability to use on‑site software. • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $18 to $21 per hour and includes a comprehensive total‑rewards package with medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, commissions, performance bonuses, paid sick days and company holidays.
