About the Role
The Subsidiary Project Administrative Manager ensures that administrative goals related to quality and performance are achieved across the subsidiary, supporting executives with special projects, reporting, and training, and acting as a liaison for IT, safety, and recruiting initiatives. The role coordinates project administrative tasks such as proposal registration, invoicing setup, resource coordination, schedule and budget management, internal communications, and client‑facing interactions, while mentoring junior staff and providing temporary coverage for project administrators. • Manage subsidiary project administration, including proposal registration, invoicing, resource coordination, schedules, and budgets. • Support and train junior staff, act as mentor, and assist with issue resolution. • Serve as central liaison for client‑facing communication and internal staff coordination. • Oversee project budgets, prepare invoices, change orders, and collection efforts. • Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure project profitability. • Assist executives with special projects, reports, meetings, and training. • Attend monthly management group meetings and provide temporary coverage for project administrators. • Coordinate IT, safety, and recruiting initiatives to ensure effective communication.

What You Bring
Required qualifications include twelve years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s in Business preferred), PMP or similar certification, a valid driver’s license, strong communication and leadership abilities, proficiency in MS Office, and the capability to multitask, lead teams, and align with corporate objectives. • Minimum twelve years of related experience. • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • PMP or equivalent project management certification. • Valid driver’s license. • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Strong project and contract management, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities. • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to work independently, multitask, and align with corporate and subsidiary objectives.
