About the Role
• Safely install and dismantle fences and related products at customer sites. • Complete operational documents (JHA reports, truck inventory logs, site checklists) as instructed. • Follow directions from the lead fence technician or operations manager. • Assist with navigation to ensure the team arrives safely and quickly. • Work safely and productively while continuously monitoring site safety. • Keep work areas and company vehicles clean and free of hazards. • Maintain professional conduct with colleagues and customers. • Preserve a professional appearance. • Follow instructions and work under supervision. • Physically handle heavy fence panels (approx. 22‑36 kg) by lifting and transporting them.

Working outdoors in varied weather, the Fence Installer is the face of Sunbelt Rentals and must maintain professionalism while meeting tight deadlines and strict safety standards. Full training is provided, and the job involves physically demanding tasks such as lifting panels weighing 22–36 kg and navigating job sites safely. • Advance to mechanic, driver, or customer‑service roles. • Accurately and meticulously complete administrative paperwork. • Demonstrate strong communication skills and teamwork. • Know how to use general tools and equipment such as drills, pressure washers, pile drivers, and tie‑down gear. • Possess personal transportation.
