About the Role

The New Home Consultant guides homebuyers through every step of the purchasing process, using proactive sales techniques, relationship management, and deep market knowledge to create a seamless experience from initial contact to closing. What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma (college degree or real‑estate license preferred) and 1‑3 years of experience in new‑home sales or a related field. They need proven relationship‑building and closing skills, strong communication, organizational, and customer‑service abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools, and a self‑motivated, results‑driven mindset. The role requires regular in‑person attendance at community sites and offices, the ability to work more than eight hours in a construction trailer, operate a vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, and lift or carry equipment exceeding 50 pounds, with occasional operation of construction equipment and finger dexterity for keyboard use. • Meet minimum education and experience requirements: high school diploma; 1‑3 years new‑home sales experience; college degree or real‑estate license preferred. • Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and customer‑service skills; proficient with Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools. • Work independently with a results‑driven mindset and self‑motivation. • Physical ability to work in construction environments, lift >50 lb, operate vehicles, and use construction equipment as needed.
