About the Role
Project assignments are on the active military base at Camp LeJeune, NC. PE’s provide support for all activities and phases of a commercial construction project from conceptual development to final completion, handling administration, organization, planning, scheduling, coordination, and monitoring. On larger projects, certain project‑management responsibilities may be delegated to the PE based on experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics. Local Coastal Carolina candidates are prioritized, though relocation or travel to the site is required. • Provide support across all phases of commercial construction projects on Camp LeJeune, NC military base. • Administer, organize, plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor project activities from concept to completion. • May assume delegated project management responsibilities based on experience and skills.

What You Bring
A BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required, though equivalent experience and training may be considered. Candidates must be computer literate with Microsoft Office and preferably skilled in Primavera 3/6, Viewpoint, BIM, or Revit. Required certifications include CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30‑hour (training can be provided); LEED GA and QCM credentials are desirable, and prior commercial construction experience is preferred.
