About the Role

In this position you will be responsible for attaining division‑wide top‑line sales goals by promoting DEWALT, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, and other SBD product lines to end‑user customers. You will develop and nurture key relationships with partners and oversee CORE and other SBD user contracts and programs. You will also mentor local market teams on how to identify and engage end‑users—such as trade associations, safety personnel, engineers, and purchasing managers—and align their efforts with product managers, distributors, and service centers. Partnering with channel marketing, you will help plan and execute targeted campaigns, while maintaining accurate data in Salesforce.com to track opportunities and outcomes. • Meet or exceed sales targets for DEWALT, Stanley, and other SBD brands in the Phoenix territory. • Build and maintain relationships with end‑user partners while managing CORE and other SBD contracts. • Coach local market teams on end‑user development and purchasing processes. • Collaborate with channel marketing to launch targeted initiatives. • Use Salesforce.com for pipeline management and reporting.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate combines a purpose‑driven mindset with a commitment to quality and continuous learning. A bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field is preferred, though extensive construction‑field experience may substitute for formal education. You should bring at least three years of proven sales or marketing experience in construction supplies, with a track record of selling to senior executives, C‑suite leaders, and job‑site directors. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem‑solving, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills are essential. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel up to 50 % of the time within the assigned territory are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). • Hold a bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or equivalent construction experience. • Minimum 3 years of sales/marketing experience in construction supplies, selling to C‑suite and jobsite leaders. • Demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and multitasking abilities. • Possess a valid driver’s license and travel up to 50% of the time.
