About the Role

The Process Technician position in Mantua, OH (Job‑ID 16974) ensures machines operate at optimal quality and efficiency, drives continuous‑improvement initiatives, and mentors team members through knowledge sharing. The role encompasses leadership duties such as training new employees, production responsibilities including machine changeovers, monitoring, minor repairs, and documentation, as well as continuous‑improvement tasks like root‑cause analysis and equipment suggestions. • Provide leadership and train new employees across shifts. • Complete machine changeovers and monitor production per control plans. • Perform minor mechanical repairs, adjustments, and report major service needs. • Maintain set‑up records, submit first‑article inspections, and document processing issues. • Inspect and maintain tooling, including preventative maintenance and cleaning. • Communicate production data daily to supervisors and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives. • Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions. • Ensure compliance with quality system procedures and handle non‑conformance defects. • Perform 6S housekeeping, keep workstations clean, and assist with area maintenance. • Attend operational and safety meetings and fulfill additional assigned duties.
