About the Role

The Sr. Technical Professional – Specialty Engineering (RF Engineering Project Specialist) leads the planning, coordination and execution of complex RFID installation projects. The role ensures seamless integration of antenna and network infrastructure, manages multidisciplinary teams, and upholds high standards of quality, safety and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. • Develop and manage detailed RFID project plans and schedules. • Oversee antenna and network infrastructure installation across sites. • Coordinate engineering, IT and field teams for seamless integration. • Lead troubleshooting and resolve technical challenges during implementation. • Create bases of estimate, material lists and direct cost proposals for business development. • Contribute technical content to marketing materials. • Manage personnel and resource deployment for each project phase. • Promote system quality, safety and team accountability. • Define staffing and material strategies to optimize outcomes. • Conduct performance validation and recommend engineering improvements. • Prepare specifications, test plans and compliance reports. • Lead or support small‑scale projects to meet milestones and quality standards. • Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related field, have at least five years of experience with RFID, wireless communications, RF systems or signal processing, and be a U.S. citizen. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, an active Secret clearance, PMP certification and prior leadership or research experience in RF systems. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related field; 5+ years RF/wireless experience; U.S. citizenship. • Master’s degree, Secret clearance, PMP or similar certification, and prior RF leadership or research experience (preferred).
