About the Role

Based on‑site in Richmond, Virginia, the position handles temporary access badges, landlord building cards, lost‑and‑found items, luggage storage, and quarterly inspections of art and meeting rooms. The agent also assists with site events alongside conference services, escalates issues across janitorial, mailroom, facilities, copier services, parking, badging, and conference rooms, and submits work orders while collaborating with other service lines. Additionally, the role supports projects aimed at boosting employee engagement, productivity, cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and client value. • Process temporary access badges, landlord building cards, lost‑and‑found items, luggage storage, and quarterly art/meeting‑room inspections • Assist with site events in coordination with conference services and administrative teams • Escalate and coordinate resolution of issues related to janitorial, mailroom, facilities, copier services, parking, badging, and conference rooms • Submit work orders through proper channels and collaborate with other service lines • Contribute to projects that improve employee engagement, productivity, cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and client value • Maintain a professional presence and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast‑paced environment • Manage multiple priorities with grace and consistently meet service standards • Utilize Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) for daily tasks and reporting

What You Bring

Applicants must hold a high school diploma or GED; an associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, communications, or a related field is preferred. At least three years of experience in hospitality, client or guest experience—such as hotel, luxury retail, workplace concierge, or property management—is required. Strong guest‑service skills, professional presence, multitasking ability, excellent verbal and written communication, and proficiency in Google Suite are essential, and the position does not provide visa sponsorship. • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders • Hold a high school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or communications preferred • Bring at least 3 years of hospitality or client‑experience experience (hotel, luxury retail, concierge, property management) • Demonstrate strong multitasking, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
