About the Role

The underground laborer position supports all stages of telecom utility construction, handling site preparation, moving equipment, installing cable systems, and performing on‑site troubleshooting while gaining experience with a variety of tools and equipment. • Dig trenches, unload materials, and prepare job sites using hand tools • Work on outdoor utility construction sites • Transport heavy equipment to and from the job site daily • Build and maintain aerial and underground cable systems • Troubleshoot problems in the field as they arise • Learn and train on various tools and equipment • Maintain safety as a daily priority
