About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to manage the execution of customer connections by acting as a customer advocate and facilitating essential communication and problem‑solving among customers, the plant, and the quality, supply chain, and finance departments. • Manage execution of customer connections and act as the customer’s advocate. • Facilitate communication and problem‑solving between customers, the plant, and quality, supply chain, and finance teams. • Ensure compliance with Export Administration Regulations and ITAR for controlled technology. • Support cross‑functional collaboration to meet customer requirements and drive operational excellence. • Serve as a liaison to uphold Arconic’s core values and deliver sustainable value.
