About the Role
The Senior Program Manager will join the San Francisco Bay Area Project Management team to oversee complex capital projects across commercial real estate, corporate interiors, healthcare facilities and data centers for a key technology client. The role combines strategic program oversight with hands‑on construction management, ensuring projects meet financial, operational and quality goals while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders. • Lead multiple large‑scale projects across real estate, healthcare and mission‑critical environments. • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules and governance frameworks. • Align project outcomes with client goals and monitor performance using KPIs. • Oversee design, construction and closeout phases for diverse project types. • Conduct site visits to verify progress, quality and safety compliance. • Supervise multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers and contractors. • Provide technical guidance on cost control, constructability and value engineering. • Serve as primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. • Build relationships with property managers, healthcare administrators and technical teams. • Communicate project updates and strategy to senior leadership. • Support readiness assessments and stage‑gate reviews across programs. • Lead program‑level reporting, governance activities and lessons‑learned capture. • Identify and implement process improvements and delivery innovations. • Adhere to SOX control requirements when applicable.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in construction‑related field and 8+ years managing capital projects. • Demonstrate extensive project‑controls experience with budgets, schedules and performance metrics. • Exhibit strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills. • Possess knowledge of construction contracts (AIA, FIDIC) and procurement processes. • Hold PMP, AACE or equivalent certification (highly desirable).

Benefits
The position is full‑time with a base salary range of $150 K–$180 K, subject to experience and qualifications.
