About the Role
The firm is seeking a Civil Inspector to inspect the installation of roads, utilities and infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with contract codes and standards. The role supports the project team in delivering high‑quality service and coordinates responses to clients. • Provide professional support to the project team to ensure high‑quality service delivery and coordinated client response. • Exercise delegated authority and initiative appropriate to the role. • Verify site conditions for suitability before construction begins. • Develop and maintain the Quality Management System and Quality Management Plan in line with legislation, certification, contract requirements and corporate governance. • Observe, check and record that work execution follows approved methods. • Manage QA implementation and ensure full compliance with QA/QC processes. • Check setting‑out and level placements. • Verify service locations and protect them during works. • Record inspections, tests and executed work. • Monitor site safety procedures, report contractor safety performance and raise non‑conformance reports as needed. • Monitor contractor quality procedures and issue non‑conformance reports when required. • Assist in preparing “As‑Built” drawings. • Undertake specific projects as assigned.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a degree in civil engineering or a related field, have experience with roads and utilities projects in the UAE (Dubai), and possess a proven track record in managing HSE matters on large construction sites. Consultancy experience and a drive for innovation are preferred, and the company offers flexible working arrangements to support work‑life balance.
