About the Role
The Internet Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in generating and maintaining a sales pipeline through internet‑generated leads, ensuring a “Tickled, Delighted, Happy” experience for customers throughout the sales process. This position is a key member of the Sales & Marketing team, engaging prospects across online platforms to turn inquiries into sales appointments. • Capture and convert online customer inquiries into qualified sales prospects. • Communicate promptly via email, live chat, phone, and 1‑800 numbers. • Maintain and update digital and community reference materials. • Guide customers through the sales process, detailing products, financing options, and incentives. • Manage the internet customer database and conduct outreach for available homes and inventory. • Coordinate with the Marketing team to distribute electronic marketing and keep product offerings current. • Attend sales meetings, community events, and training programs. • Provide flexible coverage, including weekend availability. • Attend in‑person at company communities, job sites, and offices during regular work hours. • Drive customers to various communities to showcase homes in all weather conditions. • Lift and carry supplies or materials up to 25 pounds.

What You Bring
The role requires flexible availability, including weekends, and involves regular attendance at company communities and job sites to demonstrate homes and interact with customers in person. • Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred. • Demonstrate sales experience, preferably in telephone or real‑estate environments. • Exhibit strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to work independently. • Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; a real‑estate license may be required for certain locations. • Use a computer keyboard and telephone equipment requiring finger dexterity.
