About the Role

• Supervise, schedule, and direct daily work of maintenance technicians. • Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and repair support. • Train, coach, and develop team members in technical skills and safety. • Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, systems, and facility infrastructure. • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime. • Manage and execute preventative maintenance programs to extend equipment life. • Use data and equipment history to identify recurring issues and recommend long‑term solutions. • Maintain compliance with OSHA, facility, and environmental regulations. • Prioritize and assign work orders to ensure timely completion. • Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies and coordinate orders. • Document maintenance activities accurately using CMMS or similar systems. • Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership to support production goals. • Support development and management of the maintenance budget.

What You Bring

We are seeking a skilled and hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our facility. The role coordinates daily maintenance activities, oversees preventative maintenance programs, troubleshoots equipment issues, and supports continuous improvement initiatives across the department. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent technical knowledge, a commitment to safety, and the ability to mentor and develop a high‑performing team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational uptime and supporting overall business goals. • Possess strong technical capability including PLC knowledge. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with Maximo or other CMMS. • Experience in electrical construction, controls, and problem solving. • Demonstrate good troubleshooting skills and sound judgment. • Ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision. • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Automation, or related field, or equivalent hands‑on leadership experience.
