About the Role

Technicians work in a team‑oriented, safety‑conscious environment, following PJHA, observation processes, and all site safety guidelines. Daily tasks include installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning, and refrigeration systems, as well as troubleshooting malfunctions and performing mechanical work as assigned. Work may involve elevated areas, fall protection, and requires flexibility to cover all shifts, holidays, and weekends as needed. • Perform installation, repair, and preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions. • Follow all safety protocols, including PJHA, observation processes, and fall protection. • Work elevated areas using ladders, platforms, scaffolding, and required PPE. • Maintain and document personal tool inventories. • Complete accurate time accounting and work‑order documentation. • Flexibly cover all shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What You Bring

The role requires a working knowledge of hand and power tools, HVAC and refrigeration tools, rigging, and preventive/predictive maintenance, along with maintaining personal tool inventories and completing accurate administrative duties such as time accounting and work‑order completion. Performance expectations include adherence to company and customer regulations, participation in short‑ and long‑range planning, and meeting documented physical requirements. Candidates should have 2‑5 years of industrial HVAC/refrigeration maintenance experience and hold an EPA Universal Technician certification. The position entails substantial physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lb, working at heights, operating forklifts, and wearing respiratory protection when required. The work environment involves exposure to moving mechanical parts, high places, fumes, chemicals, electrical hazards, vibration, extreme temperatures, and loud noise.
