About the Role
The Porter/Yard Worker, also called a Yard Associate, is responsible for stationing, retrieving, and inspecting equipment on the site’s property. Duties include maintaining a written maintenance schedule, servicing equipment to meet specifications, and documenting any loss or damage before and after rentals. • Communicate effectively with customers, both written and oral.

What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED preferred. • Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred. • Some experience or training in mechanical equipment repair preferred. • Perform basic math calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide). • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). • Possess general mechanical aptitude and a safety‑focused mindset. • Bilingual ability (Spanish or other) may be required depending on location.
