Job Highlights
About the Role
You will learn and navigate our ERP and QMS platforms, develop specifications, 3D CAD models, 2‑D drawings, schedules and presentations to communicate mechanical designs. As an individual contributor you’ll provide quality and status updates on assigned projects and train employees on the QMS and Integrated Management System. You’ll use calibrated equipment, create and maintain documentation of equipment and processes, and manage incoming raw‑material and in‑process inspections. You will issue CAPAs and SCARs, read blueprints applying GD&T, and leverage expertise in PTC Creo/Wildfire, ASME/ANSI standards, while presenting information to customers and teams. • Navigate ERP and QMS software platforms • Develop specifications, 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, schedules and presentations • Provide quality and status updates as an individual contributor • Train employees on the QMS and Integrated Management System • Use calibrated measurement equipment and maintain documentation of equipment and processes • Manage incoming raw‑material inspections and in‑process inspection processes • Issue CAPAs and SCARs to track and resolve quality issues • Read blueprints and apply GD&T standards • Apply expertise in PTC Creo/Wildfire and ASME/ANSI standards • Present technical information to customers and internal teams

What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, along with strong blueprint reading, GD&T, ASME/ANSI and CAD (PTC Creo/Wildfire) skills. 2+ years of quality or continuous‑improvement experience in a manufacturing or machine‑shop environment is preferred, and familiarity with Minitab and Microsoft Office is a plus. The role requires comfort moving between office and factory, knowledge of ASQ Body of Knowledge, and solid problem‑solving abilities in loosely standardized situations. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field • Possess 2+ years of quality or continuous‑improvement experience in manufacturing • Skilled in blueprint reading, GD&T, ASME/ANSI, and CAD tools • Familiar with Minitab and Microsoft Office applications • Comfortable working in both office and factory environments
