Electrical QA/QC Manager

About the Role

The manager will oversee the QA/QC program, ensure adherence to environmental health and safety requirements, and monitor production operations for specification conformance. Responsibilities include maintaining controlled documentation, implementing inspection procedures, conducting field investigations, addressing customer quality concerns, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety programs. • Monitor and administer QA/QC plans across projects. • Observe production and equipment to verify specification conformance. • Maintain controlled copies of work procedure manuals and forms. • Implement inspection criteria and procedures. • Conduct field inspections, document findings, and distribute reports promptly. • Investigate and resolve customer quality issues and complaints. • Verify equipment and parts meet industry and regulatory standards. • Participate in developing procedures and quality improvement solutions.
