About the Role

• Support development and maintenance of project schedules and baselines • Monitor progress and report schedule issues or deviations • Coordinate scheduling activities with cross‑functional teams • Manage scheduling tools, databases, and reports • Facilitate communication with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders • Identify schedule‑related risks and support mitigation planning • Provide scheduling insights to PMO and Assurance functions • Contribute to project documentation and performance reporting • Analyze critical path and float • Support cost forecasting, valuations, and accruals • Promote best‑practice scheduling methodologies

What You Bring

The ideal candidate brings 5 to 10 years of experience in project controls or planning on infrastructure projects, strong project management and scheduling knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and scheduling tools. A minimum Level 8 degree in a related discipline, excellent communication, and strong analytical and organizational skills are essential, while knowledge of quality management, process improvement, and a PMP or equivalent certification are desirable. • 5–10 years experience in project controls or planning on infrastructure projects • Strong project management and scheduling knowledge • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and scheduling tools • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and organizational abilities • Minimum Level 8 degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field • Knowledge of quality management and process improvement practices • PMP or equivalent certification
