About the Role
The focus for this position is to develop into a future Retail Marketing leader for our company. As an M.I.T., you will assist with day‑to‑day operations and the success of the kiosk team at our retail partner locations. You will help set the tone by embracing core values, supervise a team of 6‑12 associates, and act as manager‑on‑duty as needed. • Assist with day‑to‑day kiosk operations at retail partner locations • Supervise and coach a team of 6‑12 associates, acting as manager‑on‑duty when needed • Provide coverage for other stores in the assigned market as required • Support multiple teams across the organization with operational tasks • Build relationships with leadership to develop career and professional brand
