About the Role
• Manage and grow an assigned territory and account group, meeting or exceeding annual sales and gross‑margin targets. • Build long‑term relationships and partnerships with assigned accounts. • Perform take‑offs and bid projects across the full ALC product portfolio. • Collaborate with consulting engineers to develop project specifications that align with customer needs. • Negotiate scope, specifications, pricing, and terms with contractors. • Deliver compelling presentations to owners and their representatives. • Use sales tools to plan, document progress, and uncover new business opportunities. • Generate high activity levels to feed the sales pipeline and advance opportunities to close. • Coordinate with external customers and internal teams to ensure quality results and customer satisfaction. • Advocate for customers throughout the sales process.

This position offers the chance to grow a personal clientele while positioning ALC as the preferred building‑automation solution. • Position Automated Logic as the preferred building‑automation design solution. • Required: High School diploma/GED, 3+ years controls sales or commercial HVAC experience, valid driver’s license. • Preferred: Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, business or related; 5+ years HVAC controls or sales experience; ability to value‑engineer control designs; proficiency with Microsoft 365; strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills; effective communication and teamwork.
