About the Role

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will support the Director and Manager in overseeing restaurant operations, maintaining a visible floor presence, and participating in department meetings as needed. They will address member or guest concerns courteously, ensure product quality and daily procedural compliance, and manage stock levels of snacks, candies, and beverages across the club’s venues. Additional duties include basic service tasks, simple food preparation for golf course outlets, and maintaining equipment and safety standards. • Support Food & Beverage Director and Manager in overseeing restaurant operations. • Maintain visible floor presence and attend or lead department meetings. • Address member and guest issues professionally and courteously. • Ensure continual product quality control and daily procedural compliance. • Manage inventory levels of snacks, candies, and beverages across all outlets. • Complete cleaning schedules, temperature records, and opening/closing checklists each day. • Perform basic service duties such as running food, clearing tables, and resetting china. • Assist with simple food preparation and serve menu items at golf course outlets. • Monitor inventory, communicate low par levels, and oversee deliveries and stocking. • Maintain equipment, uphold safety, health, and security standards. • Provide employee meals, referral incentives, and recognition programs.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least ten months of front‑of‑house experience in high‑volume restaurants, resorts, or private clubs, and possess knowledge of wines, beverages, and ServSafe food‑handling practices. Exceptional attention to detail, a positive team attitude, and strong communication skills are required to serve members, guests, and staff effectively. The role demands a flexible schedule—including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts longer than eight hours—as well as the physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, and work both indoors and outdoors. • Possess at least ten months front‑of‑house experience in high‑volume venues. • Knowledgeable about wines, beverages, ServSafe, and safe food handling. • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, quality focus, and positive team attitude. • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills for serving members and staff. • Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and long shifts. • Physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, and perform indoor/outdoor duties.
