The role requires a highly motivated, creative, and experienced individual with 4‑7 years of experience to manage projects and produce work ranging from concept studies, graphics, and renderings to construction documentation, detailing, specifications, and construction administration. Candidates must demonstrate initiative, ownership, collaboration, and openness to feedback, along with strong organizational, time‑management, and graphic sensibility. A positive, professional attitude, high self‑motivation, flexibility, resourcefulness, and a willingness to bring new ideas to advance project and firm work are essential. Applicants need a BLA or MLA degree from an accredited Landscape Architecture program and at least four years of professional Landscape Architecture experience. Required technical skills include grading, planting design, detailing, construction documents, and the ability to set up and manage drawing sets. The position also demands strong graphic abilities—producing illustrative plans, diagrams, perspective or 3D renderings, and hand sketches—as well as expertise in crafting design presentations, sourcing precedents, and communicating professionally with clients and consultants. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is required; experience with Rhino and Lumion/Enscape is preferred. • 4‑7 years of experience managing projects from concept through construction administration. • Demonstrate initiative, ownership, collaboration, and receptiveness to feedback. • Strong organizational, time‑management, and graphic sensibility. • Positive, professional demeanor with high self‑motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulness. • Hold a BLA or MLA from an accredited Landscape Architecture program. • Minimum four years of professional Landscape Architecture practice. • Proficient in grading, planting design, detailing, and construction documentation. • Ability to set up and manage drawing sets and produce illustrative plans, diagrams, 3D renderings, and hand sketches. • Skilled in creating design presentations and sourcing design precedents. • Excellent written and verbal English communication; experienced in client and consultant interactions. • Capable of multitasking across multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with NYC Parks or SCA projects is a plus. • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite; Rhino and Lumion/Enscape preferred.
