About the Role
The Head of Talent Acquisition Delivery role is a full‑time fixed‑term contract based in Derby with hybrid working, responsible for leading enterprise‑wide hiring across Rolls‑Royce for all mid‑career requirements. It oversees the global end‑to‑end delivery of talent acquisition at scale, ensuring consistent, high‑quality outcomes across multiple divisions, enabling functions and geographies. The incumbent will set the operational strategy for hiring delivery, drive performance against demand, and ensure the recruitment model is efficient, data‑led and aligned with long‑term workforce plans. Based in the Group Business Services People Services team, they will work closely with senior HR and business leaders, lead a global team and vendor partners, embed best‑in‑class processes, technology and governance, and champion continuous improvement to deliver an excellent candidate and hiring‑manager experience. • Deliver the Group’s employer branding initiatives • Lead technology, operational and process improvement projects to position Rolls‑Royce as a global talent acquisition leader • Manage stakeholder engagement throughout the talent acquisition journey • Drive transformation improvements, including an onboarding strategy aligned with the employer brand • Evaluate and implement automation to future‑proof the talent acquisition strategy • Collaborate across business leaders, People Teams, Head Office and Global Business Services to ensure a world‑class candidate experience and seamless onboarding • Apply innovative solutions to address current business challenges and support the company’s vision • Partner with procurement to secure cost‑competitive, reliable, high‑performing supplier support
