About the Role
• Lead and manage QA activities across multiple projects. • Develop test automation using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Rest Assured with Python, Java, or JavaScript. • Perform manual testing for complex scenarios and edge cases. • Write, manage, and execute manual test cases. • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior QA team members. • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure comprehensive test coverage. • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure quality standards. • Contribute to setting up QA processes and best practices, making continuous improvements. • Work in close coordination with international teams. • Participate in sprint planning, daily scrums, and release planning.

What You Bring
We are looking for a highly skilled Principal Quality Engineer with extensive experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will be proficient designing and implementing robust test frameworks, capable of leading QA efforts across multiple products, mentoring junior testers, and driving quality initiatives across projects. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to work collaboratively with international teams. • Understand and actively contribute to Agile processes. • 6+ years of experience in automation testing with Python, Java, JavaScript and Selenium, Playwright, Cypress. • Strong manual testing expertise with a deep understanding of SDLC and STLC. • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA and TestRail. • Proficiency in API testing, performance testing (e.g., JMeter, Rest Assured), and SQL. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
