About the Role
Primary responsibilities include maintaining clean floor surfaces, vacuuming carpets and rugs, dusting furniture and fixtures, and ensuring interior glass, windows, and walls are regularly cleaned. The role also involves restroom upkeep, waste management, snow removal from building entrances, and periodic specialized tasks such as high‑dusting, polishing, and wall washing, with any additional duties assigned by supervision. • Operate commercial floor buffers and shampoo machines with appropriate attachments. • Spot‑clean and shampoo rugs as directed. • Perform detailed restroom maintenance, including wiping glass, servicing dispensers, dusting sills, cleaning tile walls, and reporting defects. • Collect building trash daily, place it in approved containers, and replace liners per specifications. • Sweep or shovel snow from steps, walkways, and connecting sidewalks when required. • Conduct periodic high‑dusting, leather and wood surface polishing, and wall washing.

What You Bring
No prior cleaning experience is required; candidates must be able to follow directions, work independently or as part of a team, operate cleaning equipment safely, and demonstrate attention to detail, energy, and stamina. • Clean windowsills, interior door glass, partitions, and specified exterior glass. • Use a backpack‑style portable vacuum cleaner safely and effectively. • Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, high energy, and physical stamina.
