About the Role

• Provide daily office IT support while shadowing IT Analysts. • Collaborate with local and regional IT teams to deliver support services to a national consulting engineering firm. • Prioritize, troubleshoot, resolve issues, and follow up with internal clients. • Configure and troubleshoot Windows 10 PC problems. • Install and maintain printers, copiers, plotters, and other office equipment.

Kimley-Horn is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Intern for its Atlanta, Georgia office. This on-site role supports daily IT operations while providing shadowing experience with IT Analysts. • Demonstrate passion for technology, business mindset, customer‑service attitude, strong communication, and teamwork. • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field. • Previous experience in customer service. • Knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and support for enterprise applications. • Strong written and verbal communication and customer‑service skills. • Quick learner with high aptitude for new technologies and problem‑solving. • Preferred: Experience with CAD/engineering applications and certifications such as A+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA. • Preferred: Configure and support mobile devices (iPads, smartphones) and Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, Active Directory).
